我要问一问,特首和他的下属都说过:政府不主动卖地是坚定而且是正确的,又说勾地是有效的.哎呀呀! 两年内都没有勾出来.什么有效啊?

地產商不勾，怎麼辦？政府就應主動賣地。

If the land supply is not being picked in certain period, say 2 years, Government should assume that ALL developeres have NO interest to develop it. Then Government should take over the land and build subsized housing.

In this way, it will give PRESSURE to developers to pick certain land for auction.
