 正確來說, 我們以前買樓, 一般銀行都知只需用7年時間已能供完層樓. 不過現在的現時的人思想歪理, 說要供足25、20年?

而且年青人以為供年期越長, 以為越著數, 其實忘記利息都佔去了很多. 不見得對自己有何多益!
