地產代理為求增加成交, 要求業主減價不成, 便告訴業主未來物業價格會下跌, 製造恐懼!

政府每年建2萬個單位的目標已提早完成, 卻便要說政府沒有守承諾!

我明白各行業人士都要為自己打算, 但你總不能把業主多年積蓄隨便減價出售吧! 你的佣金是1%, 但就隨便叫我減幾萬至十幾萬呢!!!!!!!!!!!

SSD is right policy.  User and rental receivers hope government keep it forever to reduce short term buyers.  HK employement cannont depend on property industry only.  SSD affect the business of property agents Only.

Dear Sir, Yr. point of views excellent, pls sent it to those housing or monetaries' authority to review its contemporaries SSD policies. H. K. has long been successed, properties and free market cannot be denied. Everything can be adjusted basically on H. K. free market system. Thanks!! Master C

I think you are right. SSD just reduced the sales and lower the property price 3-5 %. In the long run it doesn't help. The government has to do something about it, otherwise, many people will be out of jobs soon.

過去14年,大陸來港人數已達百萬,未來20年,大陸來港人數最少都有200萬,香港的私樓需求再不能用過去的數字作參考,未來20年,每年私宅需求量最少4萬間,當中以實用面積1000呎以上較為短缺,政府應增加這類單位的供應以解缺未來急增的人口。而公屋供應量約需要每年興建5萬間,才能有效解決低下層對住房的需求。

楼上真系当港府系黄大仙,有求必应,大陆新移民就要提供公屋,甘钱从何来啊。
