Yes the property price has gone up really quickly in the past 3 months. It's very scary to the government, especially when they thought they could cool it down by their policies. 居屋 price has caught up the private properties which is really weird.
It seems the government is not experienced enough to impose effective policies, nor they have the flexibility to increase supply. How can the property price cool down? Unless the world economy burst? Next step for the HK government, monetary policy?

梁振英到目前止，有何德政? 答案是沒有。 梁振英到目前止，有何弊政? 85000不說。居屋白表化，不單推高居屋價，同時也推高私房價。工夏住宅化，直接推高樓價，及炒風。自己的政策推高樓價，再出政策打擊樓價。正是沒事找事做。這樣的特首何用之有。連他熟悉的地產都搞成這樣，其他的，不言而喻。 請他記得一定要成熟一項才推一項。如今半生不熟，就推來獻世。受苦的是市民。 如今，施政舉步維艱，不知選委們有否後悔選出梁振英，如果能更換特首，或許有另一景象。

香港絕對唔係無地起樓，只不過係規劃失衡，大家買張香港地圖睇吓，大部份建築物迫係市區丁方位置，其他綠油油地方多的是，所謂私人土地所占郊區地亦要等政府開發道路及水電公共設施。至於話香港山多平地小，出自官婆口更加可恥，睇睇香港發展史，港九半山屋邨滿佈，單是一個６０年代開發既慈雲山鑽石山一帶，已經住上３０幾萬人，還有何文田、華富、順利.......加埋埋，所謂＂山區＂住左過百萬人呀！ 記住，發展要有力有心，唔好得把聲呀‧‧林鄭月娥，妳上屆坐發展局位，有做過咩呀，唔好籟老曾呀，妳坐得個位就要做野！得把聲！！斜斜膊以為無人知。認叻就有妳份，其實第一個要捉妳出黍問責至啱！依家仲比妳做埋司長，真係國之將亡，必有........ ！

博士、地产代理們、各位小業主們 、從事地产业务的打工仔 , 近來政府為了不知所謂的废青 , 不断打壓我地的利益 , 不如我地 "齐心" 搞一次百萬小業业大遊行 , 向政府提出反對过度打壓樓市措施 , 同時反对香港成為基层福利港 , 我地一定要齐心反对政府繼續损害我地辛苦賺回來的財產 CY 的 15% BSD 間接領到全港新、舊摟成為港人港地 , 嚴重損害我等利益 , 厘次冇得忍 , 沉默的小业主們、地产從业員 , 我地 "齐心" 保障自己利益 , 唔可以俾基层霸权侵吞我們的財产 , 大家請企出來吧 , 為自己利益发声........

6樓，有香港塔利班，你講的那些地點發展。龍尾灘有可能爛尾。發展東北有困難重重。 其他地點發展。 在毒果日日大字報，無產階級專政下，土地點發展。

Yes agree. We do not have enough lands just because we cannot use them, not because we don’t have.
Below is what we have got:
25% developed lands
40% country parks + protected areas
35% unused lands
If we can use these 35% of land, the property price won't be as high, and we can solve the housing problems. But now, we can't even use the farm land in the NE to build a satellite, which most of the farm land itself left uncultivated.

今日成班政棍開記招，話政府都西座的保育價值要以整個政府山建築群看待，即係唔單止西座唔拆得，成個政府山一幢都唔可以拆！話之你中環商廈缺乏，我地要勉懷港英殖民地政府的歲月，要保育不淮拆！

Why we have to keep those ugly colonial blocks? Central Market, Queen's Pier, now West Wing olala, so ugly! We can do like dismanting Murray House & moved it to Stanley, so beautiful & matches the environment & mood there :)
