你真是一位好老板。香港社會就是需要你這樣有能力的人，多給年青人機會及指導。上年12月，我的兒子從澳洲回來到伊院做有關藥劑及化驗的暑期工，雖然沒有薪酬，但他很享受這份工作；他亦告訴我，伊院的儀器跟雪梨大學的實習儀器參不多，使他感到學有所用，增加了他對學習的興趣。 這都要多謝有關機構給年青人的機會。我亦希望他日後能博士一樣多感恩及回饋社會。

Summer jobs are very important for a undergraduate's training, it really trains you up & thank u Dr. Tong for giving the opportunities for young people.  I' have my summer job every year and that's important to my personal growth.  Those who have no experience at summer also have a tough start at work, that's very true!

每年我司也有聘請暑期工, 其出發點和博士一樣- 就是回饋社會. 雖然不能替暑期工鍍上一層金, 但起碼開拓了他們在職場的視野, 鍛鍊將來踏出社會做事的基本功, 讓他們感受一下賺錢的艱難以及仍在讀書的幸福. 德不孤, 必有鄰.

Last summer my son joined a government scheme to work 1 month in HK, the 'salary' is fixed at HK$3000.  He learned & contributed a lot :)  It's a win-win solution in short term.
