仲達兄，這篇嘢寫於特首選舉前，請指點迷津！！ 如果 325 當日， CY 只係靠阿爺幫手，勉強運籌先過倒関，咁拒嘅民望唔一路走低就有鬼！！ CY 點解之前有成 50 % 以上民望？其中唔少部份係一啲成日與阿爺對着干嘅泛民票，拒哋隨時仲係社民連、人民力量及工黨等有極端傾向嘅政團！ 這幾個政團及其支持者所作所為，總方向係敵人的敵人是朋友，拒哋只係玩緊一個遊戲-------就係見阿爺撐邊個，咁他們就埋對家堆！ 而現在中央壓唐保梁，叫選委唔好攪流選！咁拒哋就會自動埋位，玩下一波！務必玩殘阿爺先安樂！ CY 自己揼石仔攞翻來嘅基本票應該只得 10 多 %左右； 阿爺嫡系嘅魚農、工聯會及民建聯大約係 20 %支持票； 想求變嘅游離票又大約 10 %左右； 加上無乜立場嘅「西瓜大邊站」票約 10-15 %； 以上選委票夾夾埋埋先緊緊夠 6 成幾，但計民望呢，咁 CY 就一半都唔夠！ 唔好話我口臭，7 1 CY就職當日，如果仲剩翻 4成港人支持拒，可能已經叫做執倒，要向車公還神！ 民望重衰過現在曾蔭權，請問點號令天下，點有效施政，點團結大多數人？港人面對如此困局，情何以堪？ CY 揾人埋班又係另一難題，係香港稱得上夠班，又肯拋個身出來做公職嘅人請問有幾個！呢啲吃力不討好，對個人聲譽有破壞、無建設公職嘅人請問有幾多人肯自動獻身？ 加上 CY 如果真係在一片喝倒采聲之下登基，咁加入拒團隊請問有乜着數？ 仲唔係找麻煩、玩自殘嘅行為？智力有翻咁上下嘅醒目仔會唔會咁做先？ 如果 CY 揾唔倒一啲超强號召力嘅人肯跟拒，咁就算 CY 真係有通天本領，鴻鵠之志，亦是寸步難行、舉步維艱！無論對拒、對港人、對阿爺-----

王莽字巨君，魏郡元城人( 河北大名縣東 )，出生於漢元帝初元四年(西元前四十五年)，紅極一時的外戚王氏之家，他的姑母王政君是漢元帝的皇后，但父親王曼早死，未能受封，接著哥哥去世，由他擔起全家生活的責任，莽極為孝順母親而有聲名，尊敬嫂子，照顧侄兒，生活儉樸，平日博學多覽，手不釋卷，學習「禮經」，拜陳參為師，為人謙恭有禮，結交社會賢達俊士，折節力行，宗族稱孝，師友歸仁，為一時人望之所寄。
隨著年齡的增加，社會歷練的增長，王莽體認到除讀書之外，還須伯叔父的幫助，因而對伯叔父刻意的恭順，官居大司馬的大伯父王鳳生病時，莽親自煎藥嘗湯，守在榻前數月，不眠不休，比王鳳的兒子還孝順，王鳳臨死前告訴妹妹皇太后王政君，要她照顧王莽。在成帝陽朔三年(西元前二二年)，拜莽為黃門郎，稍後拔為射聲校尉( 掌管善射武士的軍官 )。
西漢自中葉以來，皆以外戚輔政，元帝皇后王政君，歷佐四世六十餘年為天下母，莽以姑母為憑藉，初以謙恭下士，勤儉廉樸，收攬人心，後以爵位益尊，節操益謙，常把自己的俸祿和皇帝的賞賜，分給賓客，甚而賣掉車馬，救濟窮人，朝野上下皆讚王莽，聲望之高，超越了伯叔父。
西元前二二年，莽二十四歲入中樞開始作官，辦事認真，對人更加恭敬，叔父王商上書成帝，願把封邑部份給王莽，朝中名望大臣，也上表推薦王莽；三十歲，封莽為新都侯，騎都尉，光祿大夫侍中(皇帝侍衛近臣)。而莽之伯叔父鳳、商、根相繼為大司馬輔政。成帝之世，王氏為侯九人，為大司馬五人。西元前八年，王根病重，舉薦莽代替大司馬之位，成帝接受了，莽時年三十八歲。莽作了一年多的大司馬，成帝就病死了，太子哀帝即位，母親定陶丁皇后派的外戚得勢。莽不得不請辭下台，退居新野 (河南屬地 )，閉門讀書，一面注意朝廷動態，等待機會，準備東山再起。他的兒子王獲殺死了家奴，莽逼子自殺償命，莽此舉得到人們的好感。
在新野三年，多人上書為他反平。在西元前二年，莽獲允回京居住，隔年哀帝死，太皇太后王政君收了玉璽，召王莽復為大司馬，領尚書事，兼管軍事令及禁軍，百官奏書也由莽處理；此時莽四十五歲，一夕之間，莽成了國家最高行政的執行人，莽一上台就清除了丁傅外戚的勢力，立王箕子為平帝，還為平帝祖母馮太后及東平王昭雪，迅速果斷的行動，受到朝野上下的擁戴，為推行以後的新政奠基礎。隔年太皇太后賜給莽為安漢公，類似周公受封的封號，莽假意推辭再三，接受了名號，卻把俸祿轉給二萬八千人的封賞，大家皆歌頌王莽的恩德，此時正值西元紀元一年。四十八歲莽立女兒為平帝后；長子王宇因呂寬案，被莽逼自殺，牽連數百人，莽之同黨即上書說，安漢公大義滅親，公而忘私，作八篇誡書與孝經作為國家選拔人才的書目。四十九歲莽被封為宰衡，其地位在諸侯王公大臣之上；此時大力宣揚禮樂教化，增加各經博士的名額，由一人增至五人，廣建學校、宿舍，使有才幹之士紛來京師，京師頓時文教昌盛，因此得到漢廷儒生的擁戴，群臣上書說，周公設禮作樂需七年，而莽只用四年天下就昇平，莽因而加封九錫，莽此次卻沒謙讓。
平帝元始五年，平帝病，莽以自身祈禱上天代平帝病死；但是平帝卻死了。立孺子嬰為皇太子，只有兩歲，太皇太后據群臣之意，叫莽代天子朝政，稱假皇帝，臣民則稱為攝皇帝，自稱「予」。此時莽五十一歲，值西元六年，年號稱為居攝元年，翌年，東郡太守翟義及槐里人趙明、霍鴻起兵反莽，聲勢浩大，莽派王邑平息，稱帝之心浮現。此時讖緯禪讓之說盛行，符命、圖書，層出不窮，如「求賢讓位」、「漢歷中衰，當更受命」、「天告帝符，獻者封侯」，莽則大加利用，獻符命的人，皆得豐厚賞賜，有名哀章之人，更獻上金匱策書至漢高祖廟，大意言莽為真命天子，表中有十一人都有官銜，次日莽則入高祖廟拜受，御王冠即天子位，國號新，稱始建國元年(西元九年)，莽年五十四歲。從安漢公─宰衡─假皇帝─真皇帝其計八年，中國歷朝除了貴族革命及平民革命之外，另開篡奪之例。
莽做了十五年皇帝，欲有所作為，動引經義，對周禮等三代政治為理想，變法大肆改革，號為新政，卻是復古；首定國家經濟政策，立井田制度，奴婢私屬，五均賒貸，六筦政策，即把鹽、鐵、酒、幣制、山林川澤收歸國有，利用公權力控制市場經濟，平衡物價，防止商人剝削，增加國庫收入。下至人民養生嫁娶，官室封國、刑罰、禮儀、田宅車服等儀式皆依周禮，一系列改革，充滿理想；但徒法不足以自行，奉行不得其人，百姓未蒙其利，先受其害，且改革步驟太快，朝令夕改，使百姓官吏不知所從，。「王田」、「私屬」，影響了大地主，官僚及商人的利益，加上劉姓宗室失去權位，自然引起不滿和抵制。莽看不起邊疆諸國，野蠻無文明，削王為侯，致使邊疆亂起，不得平息。
天鳳四年(西元十七年)，全國發生蝗、旱災，饑荒四起，莽叫百姓煮草根為酩以代糧，無效，飢民起而暴亂，赤眉、綠林軍相繼揭竿而起，莽軍相繼敗於赤眉及綠林軍，在昆陽之戰以四十餘萬軍不敵萬餘兵力的劉秀，莽自此而衰。在西元二三年，地皇四年，莽率群臣至南郊，舉行哭天大典，稱「天生德於予，漢兵其如予何？」但綠林軍另一支勁旅起事軍仍攻入長安，城中少年嚮應，攻入漸台，商人杜吳殺了王莽，校尉公賓斬其首，起事軍將首級懸於宛市之中，莽死。成為兩漢之間的異類，代罪羔羊。依史上莽死為六十八歲。

一個聲稱自己几十年前全港第一個公開在電視機前教市民如何用尺子量度自己的物業的測量師，竟然連自己自住的物業多了几百平方僭建物都度唔出，真係揾鬼信。 更大問題就係，明知僭建物必須向屋宇處申請並得批淮才能拆卸，現在一收到風聲就立即私自拆，不但突顯其心中有鬼，更加是知法犯法，二次犯案罪加一等。

梁兄哥做事向來都小心, 照計當年買入此物業的文件全部都仍然在, 只要不毀屍滅漬, 不妨拿出來給大家看。 梁兄哥一直強調自己是專業人士, 該6處僭建有否寫在買賣合約及在專業角度是怎樣處理僭建, 有否寫清楚該些僭建物是什麼, 有否列明該些僭建物的日後責任是梁兄哥負責, 抑或仍然是由上一手業主要替他負責, 讓全港市民明白專業人士是如何處理僭建, 日後管治便有辦你看。

At the later stage, he approves the changes in regulating rules / law for U.S. Banks. Because of that, he provides favourable conditions for the Global Financial Tsunami, Economic Crisis in 2008 / 2009 & European Debt Crisis in the recent years. So, we can see what's huge impact made by a leader..

| The HK government has actually produced a legal system as corner stones for our developments, and established the ICAC to enhance the power of governance / management of the whole society, the public housing, the MTR & the Hospital Authority for citizens... All these are impressive and excellent tasks to 7 million population. Without a good legal system & ICAC in the past days in China, which was the world's most famous leader, our country leaders could not fully manage people in the presence of corruptions. Even some leaders had passion, cares, patience, but lack of free information & independent thinking of individuals, discipline as well. At the end we noted the repeated disasters... To Love our country, we should love in intelligent ways, not in silly directions. As requested by our Premier Wen, we need to Tell The Truth , by Chairman Hu, we need to Think What People Think. |

This evening, C.Y. has not responded to the questions raised by some lawmakers in the Legco. It is because the main points are not the numbers & the sizes of the illegal strutures founded in his houses in the Peak. Illegal is illegal ! It directly reflects that C.Y. does not know and not respect what's law, ordinance, regulation, rule and good practice for buildings in HK. Also, he does not care what's professional conduct /general safety for worker/people in the confined spaces/slopes/buildings. As he said illegal structures are not a big problem, he does not want to know what's propriety, righteiousness, integrity & shame ! Right now, C.Y. cannnot convince our lawmakers/citizens by giving out a name list of qualified, experienced, independent and authorised professionals and parties involved for investigating his houses, and their relationships in between. So, an independent investigation /re-election is strongly recommended. If NOT, we have to accept a great thief to work with our officials in the Central Government Offices. His major duty is to encourage our kids to be superliars ! As stated in the Legco, it indicates that he does not get integrity problem, but also the problems of capability during managing his houses ! At the moment, the most ridiculous is that we need to use money from taxpayers to pay the wages for such a Cheating Executive Officer (CEO) !
